If you are not sure whether your project does come within the Order, please complete the Express Service Form below anyway and DS Architectural Design will confirm the position to you. The Express Service means that DS Architectural Design will be able to produce the necessary drawings without the need to carry out site surveys. Essentially, this will save you both time and costs.

How can I use the Express Service?

You will need to provide the following:

• > A sketch plan of the relevant part of the existing property, with room measurements
• > A sketch plan of the proposed extension, with relevant measurements
• > Photos of all possible elevations
• > Any further information or requirements for the proposed extension
